Byotrol plc, the AIM listed anti-microbial technology company, announces that on 13 November 2018, John Langlands, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.3p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr. Langlands has an interest in 5,600,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.30 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
