Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Big Yellow Group plc (the "Company") advises that as at 30 October 2015 the issued share capital of the Company is 157,287,061 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights is 157,287,061 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Big Yellow Group plc under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
