Ordinary Shares of Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company").

Nature of the transaction

In each case, on 21 July 2022 the Executive Directors/PDMRs were granted nil paid options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") granted under the Company's Long Term Investment Plan. 

The Options are exercisable from 21 July 2025 to 20 July 2032, subject to performance criteria being met.

Each of the messrs Vetch, Gibson, Trotman and Lee were granted the following Options:

1. Mr Vetch: 58,103

2. Mr Gibson: 68,174

3. Mr Trotman: 37,766

4. Mr Lee: 33,118
