Ordinary Shares of Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company").

Nature of the transaction

1) Mr Vetch exercised share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan.

On 7 June 2024, Mr Vetch exercised an option to purchase 51,210 shares under the Deferred Bonus Share Plan at a price of nil pence per share. He then sold 51,210 shares at an average price of 1241.42 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Vetch and his family's beneficial holding remains at 6,520,548 ordinary shares, representing 3.32% of the Company's issued share capital.

2) Mr Gibson exercised share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan.

On 7 June 2024, Mr Gibson exercised an option to purchase 57,557 shares under the Deferred Bonus Share Plan at a price of nil pence per share. He then sold 57,557 shares at an average price of 1241.42 pence per share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Gibson and his family's beneficial holding remains at 1,848,062 ordinary shares, representing 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
