Nature of the transaction

On 15 September 2017, Mr Vetch exercised an option to purchase 48,485 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. Mr Vetch paid the associated Income Tax and National Insurance to enable him to retain all of the vested shares. 

Following this transaction, Mr Vetch's holding has increased to 9,108,366 shares, representing 5.75% of the issued share capital of the Company.
