On 14 June 2019, Mr Cotton sold 3,763 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of 1024.00 pence per share. On the same day, Mr Cotton bought 3,200 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of 1024.00 pence per share and Mr Cotton's wife bought 563 ordinary shares at an average price of 1024.00 pence per share. The purpose of these transactions was to transfer some of Mr Cotton's holdings into ISAs.
