Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company").

Nature of the transaction

In each case, on 15 June 2020 the Executive Directors were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") under the Big Yellow Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018.

The Options are exercisable from 15 June 2023 to 14 June 2030, subject to continuous employment with the Company.

Each of the messrs Vetch, Gibson, Lee and Trotman were granted the following Options:
