Update on BSEC Order

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("the Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP, LEI No.: 213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today provides an update on the Company's previous statement, dated 21 March 2025, on the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC)'s proposed appointment of an additional nine independent non-executive directors to the Company's Board of Directors (the "BSEC Order").

The High Court hearing is ongoing, and a further hearing shall be held after the 21 June following the planned closures of the High Court. Therefore, a decision is now not expected until the end of June. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
