Extraordinary General Meeting Statement
Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Beximco Pharma", "BPL" or "the Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP, LEI No.:213800IMBBD6TIOQGB56), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, announces that all the resolutions put before shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 22 December 2018 were duly passed.
The resolutions relate to the amendment of certain clauses of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.

Founded in 1976 and based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Beximco Pharma manufactures and sells generic pharmaceutical formulation products and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The Company also undertakes contract manufacturing for multinational and leading global generic pharmaceutical companies.
