Exercise of options and Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 5 September 2022 Stephen Johnson, CEO of the Company, exercised options over 35,410 ordinary shares of 11 1/19 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the vesting on 18 June 2022 of awards made under the terms of the Company's 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") which were granted on 18 June 2019. To satisfy the exercise of options, Ordinary Shares will be allocated from the unallocated Ordinary Shares held by the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust.
