N BROWN GROUP PLC - Director/PDMR Shareholdings
N Brown Group Plc ("N Brown" or the "Company"), a top 10 UK clothing & footwear digital retailer, announces that on 6 August 2024 nil cost options were granted to its Interim Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Johnson, over 1,527,101 shares, and to its Chief Financial Officer, Dominic Appleton, over 954,713 shares ("Awards") under the terms of the N Brown Group plc Share Plan 2023.
The number of shares placed under Award was based on the closing mid-market price for the preceding trading day, 5 August 2024, which was 23.6 pence.
The Awards shall vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject to continued service, with a two-year holding period thereafter, and are subject to a performance underpin prior to vesting.
