Confirmation of Board appointment of Rachel Izzard as Chief financial Officer and Craig Lovelace stepping down from the Board

On 29 January 2020 N Brown Group announced the appointment of Rachel Izzard as Chief Financial Officer Designate and she joined the business on 6 April 2020. The Company is now pleased to confirm that Rachel has been appointed to the Board of N Brown Group plc as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 29 June.

Also as previously announced on 29 January, Craig Lovelace, the previous Chief Financial Officer, resigned and Craig has stepped down from the Board and will cease employment with the Group on 28th June. We are grateful for Craig staying on for a longer period of time than was intended, due to the restrictions of movement of people caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, to facilitate a smooth handover to Rachel.

Craig will receive no payments from the Company following his departure and any entitlements to annual bonus, outstanding deferred annual bonus shares and LTIP awards have lapsed.

The Company confirms that there are no further matters which are required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 regarding the appointment of Rachel Izzard.
