The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 31 March 2014 the Companypurchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 95.50 pence per share tobe held in Treasury. Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capitalconsists of 94,972,132 shares of which 10,323,819 shares are held in Treasury.Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights inBaronsmead VCT 2 plc is 84,648,313 ordinary shares of 10p.
