Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rule 5.6.1A, we would like to notify the market of the following:
Following the buy back of 240,000 ordinary 10p shares on 27 June 2012, the issued share capital and voting rights of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc are as follows:
