Offer for Subscription - Update

The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc announced on 15 February 2022 that its offer for subscription to raise up to £25 million with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £12.5 million (the "Offer") was closed and that no further subscriptions for new shares were being accepted.

On 28 February 2022, Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc announced that its offer for subscription was also closed.

The Board advises that it is intended that the fourth and final allotment of shares under the Offer is expected to be in the week commencing 7 March 2022.
