Baronsmead Vt Regulatory News (BVT)

The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2016 was 96.89p per share.

A third interim dividend of 8.5p per share has been declared and is payable on 30 September 2016 to members on the register as of 2 September 2016.

The third interim dividend of 8.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2016 as the ex-dividend date is 1 September 2016.
