Dividend Declaration

The Directors have declared a third interim dividend of 8.5p per share in lieu of a final dividend for the year to 30 September 2016. The Company paid interim dividends of 3.5p per share on 18 December 2015 and 6.5p per share on 3 June 2016. As a result the Company will have paid a total of 18.5p per share for the year to 30 September 2016.

The dividend will be paid on 30 September 2016 to shareholders on the register as of 2 September 2016. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 9 September 2016.
