BARONSMEAD VCT 2 PLC Dividend Declaration
The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that following the recent profitable sale of investments, the Directors have declared an increased second dividend of 4.5 pence per share to be paid as an interim dividend in lieu of a final dividend, for the year to 30 September 2011. This dividend will be paid on 29 September 2011 to shareholders on the register as of 16 September 2011.
