This announcement is a correction of announcement 8696F dated 26 of September 2024, timed at 15:45. The PDMR's name was incorrectly stated in the preamble in the original announcement. This has now been corrected in the announcement below.
The Company was notified on 25 September 2024 that Michael Probin, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,634 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 54.85 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Probin's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 86, 235 Ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
