Dual Listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

BATM Advanced Communications Limited (LSE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for the networked telecoms and medical laboratory equipment markets, is pleased to announce that the ordinary shares of the Company have been approved for listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE") under the symbol "BATM". Trading is scheduled to commence on 19 September 2012. 

Dr Zvi Marom, Chief Executive Officer of BATM, said: "We are pleased to have gained a listing on the TASE, which will increase BATM's profile amongst the investment community in Israel. Whilst we are a global company, our headquarters are in Israel and this is a natural step in order to strengthen our ties with the country where we have an extensive network of operations and where our research and development centres are based.

The ordinary shares of the Company will continue to trade on the Main List of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE"), where BATM has been listed since 12 July 1999, under the symbol "BVC". The shares listed on TASE will be fully fungible with those listed on the LSE.
