STERLING CONVERSION RATE FOR 2020 FINAL DIVIDEND

Burford Capital Limited, the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law, announces the Sterling exchange rate for its previously approved 2020 final dividend of 12.5 US cents per ordinary share to be paid on June 18, 2021, to shareholders on record as of May 28, 2021.

For shareholders electing to receive their dividend in Sterling, the final dividend is 8.817720 pence per ordinary share, based on the exchange rate of £1 = US$1.4176 set on May 28, 2021.
