Director purchase of shares
Burford Capital Limited (the "Company") announces that on 3 May 2013 the Company was notified, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, that Sir Peter Middleton (non-executive director and Chairman) had bought 40,000 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on 3 May 2013 at 110 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Sir Peter now holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.05% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
