Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMRS
Vesting of One-Off Share Award
The Company announces that, on 8 March 2023, 307,750 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, which were granted to Lee Williams, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, under a one-off share award arrangement on 28 February 2022, vested in full and were transferred to him from an Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT").
The award comprises two distinct equal parts (part one and part two) each relating to 153,875 shares and each structured as a nil cost option. The parts were originally due to vest on 28 February 2023 in respect of part one and on 28 February 2024 in respect of part two, in each case subject to continued service.
