Directors' Interests in the shares of BTG plc

The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2009 became eligible for exercise as from 1 October 2012.

Louise Makin participated in this Scheme, holding an option over 2,474 shares at an exercise price of 146.7p per share.

On 8 November Louise Makin elected to exercise her options at a cost of £3,629.36, when the closing mid-market price was 352.4p per share, and to retain the shares released.

Following this transaction, Louise Makin's shareholding increases from 478,308 to 480,782 shares, being 0.146% of the issued share capital.
