Directors' Interests in the shares of BTG plc
The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2008 became eligible for exercise as from 1 September 2011.
Louise Makin participated in this Scheme, holding an option over 1,455 shares at an exercise price of 129.2p per share.
On 1 September Louise Makin elected to exercise her options at a cost of £1,879.86 and to retain the shares released.
Following this transaction, Louise Makin's shareholding has increased from 476,853 to 478,308 shares, being 0.146% of the issued share capital.
