BTG plc - Additional Listing
BTG plc (LSE:BGC) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The application is made in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the BTG plc Performance Share Plan, Executive Share Option Scheme and Sharesave Scheme. Admission of the new shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 24 October 2011. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
