BTG plc - Additional Listing

BTG plc (LSE:BTG) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 967,555 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the BTG Performance Share Plan, 67,193 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the BTG Sharesave Plan, and 72,148 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the BTG US Stock Purchase Plan to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will commence on 10 June 2019.
