CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE NOTIFICATION
Effective 1 January 2022, BT Group plc and its subsidiaries listed in the Annex will change their registered office to 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE from 81 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7AJ.
