Interim Dividend

The directors are pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2024 of 2.0 pence per ordinary share ("Second Interim Dividend").

The Second Interim Dividend will be paid on 8 December 2023 to those shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 10 November 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 9 November 2023. The Second Interim Dividend will reduce the net asset value by 2.0 pence per ordinary share. The first interim dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2024 was paid on 28 July 2023 to those shareholders on the register on 30 June 2023.

The Company operates a dividend re-investment scheme ("DRIS"). The latest date for receipt of new or updated DRIS elections in respect of the Second Interim Dividend is the close of business on 24 November 2023.
