Herzeliya, Israel, 11 April 2013: Emblaze announces that in accordance with theshare repurchase programme announced on 19 March 2013, it purchased andtransferred into treasury 10,291 of its own shares on 09 April 2013 at a priceof 59.00 pence per share.
Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Companyholds following this trade 29,815,591 of its shares in treasury.
The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) followingthis trade amounts to 110,762,563.
