EMBLAZE LTD - Interim Management Statement

Herzeliya, Israel, 17 May 2013: Emblaze Ltd. informs that there has been nosignificant change in the Company's business and financial position during theperiod commencing 1 January 2013 to 31 March 2013 and to-date.

The Company continues to review investment opportunities and will update themarket when an investment becomes relevant.

On 19 April 2013, the United States District Court for the Northern District ofCalifornia, San Jose Division, issued its Claim Construction Order following aMarkman hearing in Emblaze v. Apple, wherein Emblaze has alleged that Apple'sHTTP Live Streaming protocol, implemented on iPhones, iPads, Mac laptops anddesktops, and other Apple devices, infringes Emblaze's U.S. Patent No.6,389,473 ("the '473 patent).

The Court's Claim Construction Order resolved disputes between Emblaze andApple concerning the correct definitions of various terms used in the '473patent.

The Company is pleased with the Court's rulings as it believes those rulingsare aligned with Emblaze's positions on the disputed issues.

A jury trial in this case is scheduled for March 2014.

Legal proceedings are ongoing in the case of Emblaze against MicrosoftCorporation for infringement of Emblaze's U.S. patent No. 6,389,473 for mediastreaming technology.

On 7 June 2012, the Company commenced a share repurchase programme of theCompany's shares. Since then, the Company has purchased and transferred intoTreasury 1,222,926 of its own shares. The Company now holds 30,045,148 of itsshares in Treasury. The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held inTreasury) as at today is 110,533,006.
