Updated and Revised Cash Offer 

Further to the announcement on September 20, 2016 of the cash offer for at least 17.75 per cent. and up to 20 per cent. of the issued and outstanding share capital of B.S.D Crown Ltd. ("BSD"), the Offeror is pleased to announce the following modifications:

Minimum Aggregate Amount

The minimum aggregate amount of BSD Shares proposed to be purchased from the shareholders is hereby reduced from 19,523,270 Shares, representing seventeen and three quarters (17.75) per cent. of the issued and outstanding share capital of BSD, to 6,599,416 Shares, representing six (6) per cent. of the issued and outstanding share capital of BSD.

Acceptance Period

The acceptance period is hereby revised such that the cash offer is open for acceptance until 1:00 p.m. (London time) on November 21, 2016 (or such later time(s) and/or date(s) as the Offeror may decide). This modification extends the initial acceptance period from the original acceptance date of November 1, 2016.

ANY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CASH OFFER IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE CASH OFFER AS REVISED AND THE OFFEROR SHALL TREAT ANY EXECUTED TENDER FORM WHICH WAS RECEIVED PRIOR TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AS A VALID ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED OFFER.
