Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 30p each ("Shares").
Cancellation of share-based awards
On 7 September 2017, the Court sanctioned a scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Berendsen plc by Elis SA. As a result of this, outstanding awards ("Awards") held by the PDMRs and directors vested and were exercised.
These Awards were cancelled in consideration for a cash sum for each Share in respect of which the Award would have vested or become exercisable on 7 September 2017.
