Purchase of Own Shares
In accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 28 January 2025, Brooks Macdonald announces that it has purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 1,494.00 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Total voting rights
Following the purchase and cancellation of the Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 16,340,539 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company will be 16,340,539.
The above figure of 16,340,539 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
