Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that, as part of its approved Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Scheme, the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted on 10 May 2019.
Under the Company's 2019 SAYE Scheme (the "2019 SAYE"), which was made available to all Group employees, a total of 156 employees, including 4 PDMRs, have applied to participate, resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 95,249 Ordinary Shares (the "2019 SAYE Options").
The 2019 SAYE Options each have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of scheme, of £14.00 (representing a discount of 20% to the mid-market closing price on 23 April 2019), being the last practicable day prior to the invitation to participate in the 2019 SAYE being made). Subject to the rules of the 2019 SAYE, participants will be able to exercise their 2019 SAYE options within 6 months commencing from 10 May 2022.
Pursuant to the 2019 SAYE, the following PDMRs of the Company applied to participate, and have been granted 2019 SAYE Options in the amounts shown below:
