On 6 December 2022, Robin Eggar, Managing Director, Head of UK Investment Management, exercised awards over 10,956 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan as both exceptional share awards and deferred bonus share awards (the "Awards") as set out in the table below. Following the exercise, a total of 6,690 Shares were sold at a price of £22.103032 per share and 4,266 Shares were retained.

The Company was notified by JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT holds 552,546 Shares, representing 3.41% of the Company's total voting rights.
