Director's Shareholding
On 2 November 2018 Darren Zaman, CEO of Brooks Macdonald International, exercised share awards over 1,742 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Company's 2015 Long Term Incentive Scheme. Mr Zaman elected to retain all the Ordinary Shares.
The exercise was satisfied by the transfer of shares from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") as previously notified.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
