Resignation of Board Director
David Stewart, who is currently a non-executive director and chair of the Risk & Compliance Committee of Brooks Macdonald Group plc (the "Group", "Brooks Macdonald"), is taking up a position as Chief Executive Officer of LSL Property Services plc. Accordingly, the Group announces that he has resigned with effect from 30 July 2020. The Group will announce a replacement non-executive director in due course.
