On 6 August 2020 Artemis Investment Management LLP notified the Company that its percentage holding in the ordinary shares of the Company, with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), became 6.78% on 5 August 2020, after it had sold certain Ordinary Shares.
The Company are therefore announcing this information in order to comply with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
