Initial undertakings

The OFT accepted, on 28 May 2013, hold separate undertakings given by Breedon Aggregates Limited and Breedon Aggregates Scotland Limited under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by Breedon Aggregates Scotland Limited of certain Scottish assets of Aggregate Industries.
