APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement made on 25 July 2019, Breedon is pleased to announce that Clive Watson has now been appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive Director.

In the previous five years, Clive Graeme Watson, aged 61, has been a director of the following entities:

Mr Watson currently has an interest in 35,000 ordinary shares of no par value in Breedon Group plc representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's total voting rights.

There are no other details regarding the appointment of Mr Watson that require disclosure under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
