Brickability Group plc (AIM:BRCK), the leading construction materials distributor, announces that on 25 and 26 January 2024, Alan Simpson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume-weighted average price of 62.33 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Alan Simpson is beneficially interested in 33,596,358 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.57% of the issued share capital of the Company. This figure includes 9,475,902 Ordinary shares (2.98% of the issued share capital) held by Sarah Simpson, a person closely associated with Alan Simpson, whose shareholding remains unchanged.
