Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group plc (AIM:BRCK), the leading construction materials distributor, announces that on 29 and 30 January 2024, Alan Simpson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 850,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume-weighted average price of 68.99 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Alan Simpson is beneficially interested in 34,446,358 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.84% of the issued share capital of the Company. This figure includes 9,475,902 Ordinary Shares (2.98% of the issued share capital) held by Sarah Simpson, a person closely associated with Alan Simpson, whose shareholding remains unchanged.
Furthermore, Paul Hamilton, a PDMR, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares on 29 January 2024 at a price of 68.75 pence per share. Following this sale Mr Hamilton is beneficially interested in 20,007,298 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.
