·; The Company was notified on 11 April 2011 that Mr Paul Thwaite, following a sale and purchase back via his ISA, acquired on 28 March 2011 a further 572 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 281.962p per share. Mr Thwaite and his Connected Parties now hold an interest in 930,899 shares in the Company representing 0.87% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·; The Company was notified on 5 April 2011 by the Trustees of the Brammer plc Employee Share Ownership Trust that 1,503 shares had been released to Mr Eric Dijkstra on 5 April 2011 following an exercise of share options at a price of 90p per share in relation to 5,151 ordinary shares of 20p in the Company granted to him on 15th April 2004 under the Brammer plc Share Option Scheme 1995. On 17 March 2011, 3,648 shares were sold on behalf of the participant at 270.36p per share to meet the tax liability and exercise consideration as a consequence of this exercise. Following this purchase, Mr Dijkstra now holds an interest in 21,282 shares of the Company representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company
