Name of Director / PDMR or connected persons: Mr Ian Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser
The Company was notified on 27th February 2015 that on 27th February 2015 a person connected to Mr Fraser sold 22,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company out of their SIPP at a price of 362.00p per share.
Following this transaction the total beneficial interest held by Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser in the issued share capital of the Company is 914,277 ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
In addition, Mr Fraser holds 1,291,587 vested but unexercised nil cost options which, if fully exercised, would result in an interest in 2,205,864 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company, representing 1.7% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Accordingly, the sale, by a person connected to Mr Fraser, of the 22,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company which are the subject of this announcement, represents less than 1% of the total holding in which he has an interest (including, if fully exercised, Mr Fraser's vested but unexercised nil cost options).
