Brammer PLC27 June 2005 BRAMMER PLC DIRECTORS INTERESTS Brammer plc ("the Company") announces that on 27th June 2005 it granted awardsover its ordinary shares under the Company's Share Matching Plan to thefollowing directors: DIRECTORS NUMBER OF ORDINARY SHARES Ian Fraser 75,515Paul Thwaite 49,854 The Share Matching Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual generalmeeting in May 2005. The directors are not required to make any payment for the shares, which shallvest on the achievement of performance targets.
