BOARD CHANGES
Brammer plc, the European industrial services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Charles Irving-Swift as a non executive director with effect from 1 March 2010. Mr Irving-Swift (55) has previously held senior positions in TT Electronics plc, Dana Corporation and T&N plc and has had a long association with the automotive manufacturing industries on a world wide basis. He has also previously served as a non executive director of Victrex plc and was Chairman of their Audit Committee.
Coincidental with this appointment, Mr Paul Forman will retire from the Board as a non executive director with effect from the 28th February 2010. Paul joined Brammer in December 2006 and is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. In December 2009 he joined the Board of Coats plc as Chief Executive, a position which requires all of his available working time and involves substantial international travel. In these new circumstances Paul is unable to continue as a non executive director of Brammer.
Bill Whiteley will assume the position of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
