Brammer PLC22 May 2007 AGM TRADING STATEMENT At its AGM to be held later today, David Dunn, Chairman, Brammer plc willprovide the following update on current trading: "As reported in our 2006 Annual Report, Brammer experienced an excellent year oftrading in 2006, with a particularly strong second half. Our results for the first four months of 2007 confirm that the growth trendestablished in the second half of last year has continued. Key accounts haveagain been a major factor in achieving this growth and we continue to developnew and existing relationships which will provide the platform for future growthacross all of our European territories. The Board consequently believes that these developments underpin another year ofgood progress for the Company. We are also pleased to announce that the acquisition of Fin S.A., announced on 8February 2007, is now unconditional and the acquisition of the initial 51% isexpected to be completed on 23 May 2007.
