The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for a block admission of securities in respect of a total of 1,400,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares").
The Shares are being reserved under block listings and will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the Company's following employee share schemes:

Share Matching Plan | 400,000 |
The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission of the Shares will become effective on 20th September 2013.
