Block Listing Application
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase in an existing block listing of 250,000 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be available to be issued as a result of the exercise of share options under the Bioquell Executive Share Option Schemes (No.1 and No. 2) and the Bioquell Sharesave Scheme. The admission date for these shares is expected to be 15 June 2018. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
